“On Copyright and Related Rights”

《吉尔吉斯斯坦版权和邻接权法修正案》

Article 1.

第1条.

To introduce the following changes into Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Copyright and Related Rights” (Bulletin of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No3, Article 67):

吉尔吉斯斯坦版权和邻接权法修正案介绍（《吉尔吉斯斯坦Jogorku Kenesh公报》1998年第3期第67条）：

1. To change the notion of “users of copyright and related rights” in Article 4 in the following way:

1.对第4条“版权和邻接权使用者”概念进行如下变更：

“users of copyright and related rights means any natural person or legal entity that use copyright and related rights subject matters”

“版权和邻接权使用者是指使用版权和邻接权主体的自然人或法人实体”

2. To change the last sentence of Article 9, paragraph 4 as follows:

2.对第9条第4款最后一句进行如下变更：

“Upon wish of such a person all information related to the registration and inclusion of the work into the Register, can be published in official publications of Kyrgyzpatent. The volume and content of published data are established by Kyrgyzpatent upon agreement with author or rightholder. Fees in the amount of costs for registration and publication shall be charged for registration and publication”.

“希望上述自然人，将本项工作登记入册相关的所有信息，出版在吉尔吉斯斯坦知识产权和创新局的官方出版物上。出版资料的数量及内容，由吉尔吉斯斯坦知识产权和创新局与作者或权利持有者商定。应收取登记和出版的成本费”。

Article 2.

第2条.

The present Law shall enter into force as of the date of it’s publication.

本法律在其出版之日起生效。
